Best Experiences in Ahmedabad

🛫🛫🛫En route to Ahmedabad 🛫🛫🛫

I have traveled to Ahmedabad quite a few times, and to me, it feels like a better version of America in India. I love that I can find ISKCON-friendly food easily. Given the chance, I never miss an opportunity to visit the city. It's clean and pristine, well-connected by public transport, and offers affordable auto-rickshaws and taxis. Best of all, it is one of the safest places to explore.

The temple is one of the biggest temple in the cities in India. The Govinda's restaurant menu has a very diversive cusine as well.

𐂅𐂅Statue of unity𐂅𐂅

A grand tribute to the Iron Man of India- Honorable Sardar Vallabai Patel. It is gigantic, magnanimous and splendid. Being there gave a perspective that India that it is closed to developed nation. I felt it has the same standards like the statue of liberty and many more places like fauna/flora/gardens/dinosaur park etc. There is a huge dam to preserve water from Narmada river. A galore of information and history of this place can be seen. The place is maintained well from thrash, spectacularly clean, organized lines.
The laser show on the sky was a marvel to watch.

We took a tour bus for a day trip - Akshar travels from Ahmedabad. There is also a train option.

🏏🏏Narendra Modi Cricket Stadium - Motera 🏏🏏

One of the world's premier cricket venue. We watched the famous IPL match between CSK and GT. It just happened that CSK entered finals and it just so happened that it was an epic match. First time in my life I experienced a crowd full of life.

Convey, Dhoni and Jadeja                                            Pratiraana

It happens every year Jan 1st week till 3rd week near Sabarmati River Front. They have around 50 floral sculptures, food stalls, nurseries, etc. Fairly close to Ahmedabad University area. It is a moving crowd, even on a crowded day we can take good pics. I went alone, so mostly selfies 🤳
