πππ I had my own speculations about going to Sri Lanka, but I would have regretted it if I had not gone. It solved the double purpose of spending with my mom and my mother-in-law and also making new friends at the same time exploring the country. My first wow factor came after landing in Colombo and seeing the Tamil language everywhere. Day 1 - Chilaw - Triconmalee ππChilaw - Muneeshwaran Templeππ It is completely a hindu temple dedicated to Lord Shiva in Puttalam district. Many brahmin priests were there in the temple. We were during navratri time and there was a grand procession. Devotees can offer fruits to the deity and distribute outside. The temple is worth the visit due to its serenity and if you are tamil speaking person you will enjoy more in conversing there.
